Culinary Crusaders

The Culinary Crusaders are a team of young chefs, learning the art of hospitality from the ground up. From writing and executing recipes to plating dishes, bussing tables, and serving guests, our members gain hands-on experience in every aspect of culinary service. We proudly represent our school at special events both on campus and throughout the greater New Orleans area, sharing our skills, teamwork, and Crusader spirit with every plate we serve.

Throughout the year, the Culinary Crusaders proudly cook and serve for many events on and off campus, such as Elysian Fields Forever, our Alumni Plus 50 Mass and Reunion, Homecoming Tailgate at Tad Gormley, Notre Dame Seminary Gala, Louisiana Hospitality Foundation's Horses Hops and Cops in City Park, the NJROTC's End of Year Gala, and the Zurich Classic of New Orleans.
