Track & Field is a multi-event sport held during the Spring. The season begins in January and ends in May. Practice begins formally immediately after the Christmas Holidays.
There are three divisions: junior high (8th and 9th), junior varsity (9th- 11th), and varsity (9th - 12th). Meets are usually conducted on a Friday or Saturday with a typical season being about six to ten meets, some here in town, others in other parts of the state. Each division competes against other teams on their own grade level. Students are allowed to try out for and participate in 18 different events. The different events that the students can participate in are:

- 300 Meter Hurdles
- 100 Meter Dash
- 200 Meter Dash
- 400 Meter Dash

- 3200 Meter Run
- 4 x 100 Meter Relay
- 4 x 200 Meter Relay
- 4 x 400 Meter Relay
- 4 x 800 Meter Relay
Generally following the Track & Field season, many of the team members return to other sports such as football, cross country, and soccer.
