Last Saturday, January 4th, the Crusader Rugby team gathered in City Park to play their annual touch game against the alumni. In between halves, the alumni would “coach up” the current team and instruct them on how to better execute their game plan. This year the students proved to be formidable against their more experienced opponents, yet fell short of victory.

Coach Gary Geipart ‘80 addressed both squads after the game and stressed the importance of getting better together. Alumni Officer Chuck Stall ‘02 updated the attendees on happenings at Brother Martin and invited the alumni to a social at Mick’s on Bienville.
