Congratulations to our 2021-2022 undefeated championship-winning wrestling team...

As a testament to hard work and tireless dedication, our Brother Martin wrestlers have claimed the Division 1 2022 Wrestling State Championship. The pillar of our wrestling team is coach Andrew Nicola, who not only led our Crusaders to victory in the state championship, but he also led them to acts of service and selflessness this year through Hurricane Ida relief. Coach Nicola leads by example, and the wrestlers under his instruction follow his model of commitment and belief in putting the team over oneself. We are grateful for all the work our head and assistant coaches have put toward our superb wrestling program.

If winning the Division 1 2022 Wrestling State Championship wasn't enough, our wrestlers also finished the season UNDEFEATED! The Crusader wrestlers went 20-0 in duals and won tournaments in Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, and Louisiana. The Brother Martin wrestling team had 8 state placers with 3 individual state champions in Richie Clementi (113), Mason Elsensohn (132), and Rocco Horvath (170).

We are so incredibly proud of all who have made this wrestling season so successful. Congratulations to all of our Brother Martin family as we celebrate this well-earned victory!
