Wrestlers Named to 2015 All-New Orleans Area Team

IMG_9419The 2015 All-New Orleans team validates the area with having many of the best teams and individual wrestlers. Brother Martin senior Paul Klein was named the NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune Wrestler of the Year as a four-time state champion. Head coach, Robert Dauterive ’84, claimed the title of Coach of the Year. This is the third successive year that both recipients have received these awards.

This year’s group of seniors, under the guidance of Dauterive and his staff, won a fourth consecutive Division I state team title.  The Crusaders finished 24-0, capturing team titles in the Cinco Ranch Big 12, Griffin Open, Blackhorse Invitational, Jefferson Invitational, Trey Cullotta Invitational, Bash On The Bayou, Deep South Bayou Duals, Lousiana Classic, Bruin Invitational, Live Oak Duals, and the St. Paul’s Invitational.
