Before our Crusaders left for the Easter Holidays, our school was able to participate in a day of delicious international food! On Wednesday, March 28th, the World Culture Club held its annual International Food Festival. The Culture Club, in conjunction with the World Language Students, offered an array of exotic and regional fare representing the culture of the languages offered at Brother Martin, and other cultures, as well.
Students, faculty, and staff enjoyed appetizers, entrees and desserts from Middle Eastern, Asian, European, Central & South American, and even Cajun cuisines. This great food and fellowship event, once again, was a great success. The festival brought in over 150 guests and all proceeds, from the admission fee, go to support the Missions of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart.
Special thanks go out to the World Culture Club Moderator, Senor Aaron Reller and all the students and families who made the festival possible.
