Brother Martin's World Culture Club welcomed students, faculty, and staff with an array of international cuisine for the annual International Food Festival. The event was held on Tuesday, April 16th in the Brother Mark Thornton Terrace where everyone gathered during 4th, 5th, and 6th periods. Various and diverse dishes from around the world were submitted as donations by our students. This year’s event brought in over $1,500 which all goes directly to benefit one of our Brothers of the Sacred Heart schools, Mission Amatongas in Africa.
The World Culture Club seeks to promote understanding and appreciation of world cultures by attending local festivals, dining out at various restaurants, and hosting foreign film viewings. Membership is open to all students.
