On Wednesday, October 22nd, members of the Chorus participated in a workshop with noted British composer and conductor Bob Chilcott. Alongside singers from the New Orleans Youth Chorale, Chorus members had the opportunity to work directly with Mr. Chilcott on one of his own compositions entitled “Put Memory Away”. Mr. Chilcott shared his own insights regarding the poetry and music, and he worked with the singers to shape a meaningful and effective performance.
