Due to the threat of severe weather this afternoon and evening (heavy rain, high wind, tornadoes, and hail), Brother Martin is canceling all activities taking place after 4:00 p.m. today. This includes all practices/meetings both on and off campus. 

All students will be dismissed from classes at 3:06 p.m. and afternoon activities by 4:00 p.m. We also ask that all students are picked up from campus by 4:15 p.m. 

We understand that some parents will feel more comfortable checking their sons out before 3:06 p.m. If this is the case, please follow this procedure:

• If your son drives, please call the Attendance & Discipline Office so that your son can be dismissed to his vehicle. 

• If you are picking up your son, please enter school through the front door and check in with the receptionist. You will then be directed to the Attendance & Discipline Office. 

We pray that all of the members of the Brother Martin community are spared from harm during this weather event, but we would rather be cautious given the information being disseminated by local authorities at this time.
