“Total Praise” goes to members of the Crusader Chorus who performed this week in the James B. Branton Chapel for their annual spring concert. Selections such as “The Pasture,” based on a Robert Frost poem, and the Scottish folk song “Loch Lomond” were some of the many songs featured. In addition, chorus members Alex Lucas, Justin Blanchard, David Miranda, and Joseph Arrigo performed their superior- rated solos from the LMEA Solo and Small Ensemble Festival. A special surprise of the concert was the performance of the Alumni Chorus, comprised of 10 members from the graduating classes from 2001-2009, who sang several pieces including the Richard Smallwood “Total Praise.” The concert ended, as all do, with “O Sacred Heart.” Congratulations, Crusader Chorus and Alumni Chorus, on an outstanding concert!
