Crusaders Pray for Life at the Taize Prayer Service

Family and friends of Brother Martin gathered together on January 22, 2016 for the Taize Right to Life Prayer Service held in the James B. Branton Chapel at 5 p.m. The prayer service, hosted by Campus Ministry, commemorated the 43rd Anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision which in 1973 legalized abortion in this country. Chaplain Bro. Louis Couvillon, S.C. lead the the visitors in prayer for a change in the law and a change in people’s hearts on this central pro-life issue. In addition, the prayer service included reflective music, readings from scripture read by students, and periods of silence…all in a quiet, candle-lit atmosphere.
