The Crusaders wrapped up their season at the state finals in Sulphur, Louisiana in November. The team finished 11th place (67 points) overall in the Division 1 State Championship Meet. Scoring for the Crusades were Jarrett Bealer ’17 in the 50 yard freestyle, Hunter Appleton ’19 in the 500 yard freestyle, Ryan O’Connor ’19 in the 100 yard butterfly, and Shawn Brown ’17 the 100 yard freestyle and the 100 yard breaststroke. In addition, also scoring for the team were the 200 yard medley relay made up of East, O’Connor ’19, Brown , and Bealer; and the 400 yard freestyle relay made up of Bealer, Appleton, Tubbs, and Brown.
