To encourage life long learning and a love of reading, Brother Martin sponsors its annual Summer Reading Program. This year, as in the recent years, each student will have to choose ONE book from a list to read; he will take a brief test in August, and that test grade will count toward the student’s first quarter grade in a class specifically linked to the book chosen. Also, students in English Honors and AP classes and social studies honors and AP classes have additional assigned summer reading.
