Over the weekend, the Crusader baseball team played Sam Houston in a quarterfinal game of the LHSAA State Baseball Tournament. After a hot start, Brother Martin fell short in the closing innings by a score of 8-6. The Crusaders finished the season with a record of 30-6 and went undefeated in District 9-5A to win the district championship.
Congratulations to the entire team and coaching staff on a spectacular season, and good luck to the senior players who will be playing at the next level next year.
