Soccer's Perfect Season Continues

The Crusader soccer program will advance to the regional round of the LHSAA State Playoffs after a 5-0 win over John Ehret on Saturday. Brother Martin took control of the game early scoring their first goal in the third minute. The goal was scored by Pierce Rubenstein off a throw in by Mark Mangum.

The Crusaders scored again on a one-on-one opportunity by Senior Peter Brooks in the 11th minute. Gary Cooper would score the final goal of the half for Brother Martin off another throw in by Mark Mangum.

The Crusaders converted on two more attempts in the second half to win by a final score of 5-0. Brother Martin (19-0) will travel to No. 17 Alexandria on Thursday for a regional round match.
