The Class of 2011 celebrated in style this weekend, first at the Prom, held at Generations Hall in the Warehouse District. In the multi-level, two dance floor venue, students danced non-stop to club beats by the DJ in the elevated box and lounged in the plush VIP sections of the club. After four hours of “moving and grooving,” the Crusaders and their dates headed back to the “Conlin Coliseum” where the Prom Fest took place. With the Ancient Roman theme of “Let the Games Begin,” students enjoyed a variety of games and activities, including three balloon drops. Students used tickets won from various games and competitions to take chances on a plenitude of prizes, including college-ready dorm furniture, refrigerator, and lap top. Thanks to all the parents and teachers who came to help celebrate with our students and provide them a safe atmosphere for fun as they celebrate their senior year.
