The Brother Martin swim team faced off against Holy Cross, Jesuit, and Rummel in the District 9-5 A Championship Meet and Senior Night on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the UNO Aquatic Center. Crusaders finished 3rd with top five finishes from Garrett Frey ‘16 in the 50 yard Freestyle, Shawn Brown ‘17 in the 100 and 200 yard Freestyle, Hunter Appleton ‘19 in the 500 yard Freestyle, Chris Gross ‘16 in the 100 yard Breaststroke, and 200 yard IM. The 200 yard Freestyle Relay including Shawn Brown ‘17, Jarrett Bealer ‘17, Jack Neelis ‘16, and Chris Gross ‘16 also finished in 2nd place.
In addition, the Crusaders celebrated Senior Night at the swim meet. Coach Mark Bordelon presented each senior to the crowd, along with a corsage for each senior’s mother.
