The flu vaccine will be administered by Registered Nurses from Passport Health in the front lobby at Brother Martin High School on Wednesday, August 31st from 2:15 p.m. – 5 p.m. Please note that this is the same evening as Back to School Night that begins at 6 p.m., so you may want to take advantage of getting your vaccine prior to checking in and following your son’s class schedule for Back to School Night.

Please remember to read the information regarding what paperwork is needed if you are submitting ‘payment’ through your insurance company – a copy of the primary card holder’s driver’s license must be presented on the day of the flu shot clinic.
