The junior high baseball program packed the stands this past Saturday as they played host to Holy Cross and St. Stanislaus. In the first game, the freshmen team beat Holy Cross, 4-2, behind the strong pitching of Douglas Fair. The 7th grade battled back in the second game and had to settle for a tie, 6-6, with St. Stanislaus. Fans witnessed another great pitching duel behind the arm of Donald Cassara in the 8th grade game with the Crusaders prevailing 3-1 over the Rock-A-Chaws.
