Yesterday afternoon, the Crusader soccer team hosted rival district opponent Archbishop Rummel. With an early goal by Rummel, the Crusaders played from behind for the rest of the match. With a score of 2-2, Brother Martin scored a late goal sealing the victory for the Crusaders. Goal scorers were Cullen Schultz (2) and Brandon Borders.
Brother Martin’s next match is Wednesday, January 18th against Chalmette. The game will take place at Chalmette High School at 4:00 pm.
