The Brother Martin Crusader Rugby Team has opened up league play going 2-0-1 with wins over Mississippi, and Niceville, FL, and a tie with local rival Jesuit.
The Crusaders are led by Senior Captains Connor Glennon and Vincent Duhe. Brother Martin started its season with a 42 -5 victory over Mississippi. Brother Martin next fought for a 17-17 tie with Jesuit and then traveled to Mobile, AL this past weekend to play Niceville, FL, defeating Niceville 24-7.
Next up for the Crusaders is Audubon on Saturday, February 22nd at the City Park Rugby Field located on Harrison and Marconi. The game is set to kick off at 3:00 p.m.
