Research in Numbers: NJROTC Works as a Team for Research Project

As a component of the National Medal of Honor Character Development program, our Naval Junior ROTC Cadets visited the Library to research the lives of individual recipients of the Congressional Medal of Honor. Teams composed of students from each grade level are working cooperatively to research a commended U. S. military service member chosen by each team and the specifics of the action undertaken which resulted in this designation. Following the submission of the ninth graders' research papers, the Sophomore is responsible for a slide show which will be presented by the Junior team member. The entire process is overseen by the Senior Cadet whose leadership guides the entire process of collaboration, critical thinking, and personal reflection.
