On Wednesday, September 28th, 2022 the Brother Martin NJROTC stood at attention as they took part in their Annual Military Inspection. Cadets drilled, underwent a uniform inspection by Commander Mullen, and participated in a flag ceremony.
Commander Mullen then recognized the following cadets for their exceptional performance at the inspection: Cadet Jacob Brumfield, Hezekiah Fredricks, Ahmaad Karim, David Sachitano, Eli Schexnayder, and Jonas Zelaya. Commander Bruce Nolan '90 awarded 1st Platoon the "Platoon of the Quarter" for their exceptional performance as a team yesterday.
Cadet Eli Schexnayder earned the "First Year Cadet of the Quarter" award for his exceptional overall performance in uniform inspection, drill, and participation in unit activities.
Notably, Cadet David Parra '23 was awarded a very distinguished award, Meritorious Achievement, which is the highest award a cadet can receive.
We would like to congratulate our NJROTC for their impeccable marks at their inspection yesterday. Thank you for showing us the meaning of well-done Friendly Discipline!
