On Wednesday, April 29th, students in Ms. Picou’s Physics classes enjoyed a day experimenting with liquid nitrogen. The day brings together a years worth of study covering topics such as water amounts, oxygen levels and Cryophorus to demonstrate rapid freezing by evaporation. Liquid Nitrogen was supplied and donated by the University of New Orleans College of Science.
