Over the weekend, members of the Crusader Track and Field team traveled to Baton Rouge to participate in the Catholic High Tip-Off meet. Senior javelin thrower Thomas Peters set a new school record and recorded the farthest throw in the state so far this season. Peters set a new record with a throw of 202′ 10″ shattering the previous record by 7 feet.
