Rising junior Ryan O’Rourke participated in a summer program through Duke TIP on the campus of the North Carolina university this summer titled “Celluloid Dreams.” Students watched 11 films and learned film analysis. As part of their film studies, students also created several original films themselves to give them a better appreciation of the film techniques used by award-winning movies.
