For the Past few weeks Brother Martin’s NJROTC unit has been attending events that support the community. On Friday November 4, the unit attended Crimestoppers annual Patron Party/Carnivale auction at Gallier Hall in New Orleans, Honoring those who have helped a great deal as well as assisting with auctions to raise money in the organization. Last Saturday, the unit attended JDRF’s annual walk at Audubon Park. The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation is the leading funder and advocate for type 1 diabetes for juvenile children. The Unit aided in preparations for the walk by setting up tents, preparing tables, and assisting with water stations located around the park. Fun was had by all who attended the events. Bravo Zulu (Job well done) boys.
