Moving On

Thursday afternoon, the Brother Martin Athletic Department held a spring signing ceremony in the Thornton Terrace for 9 Crusader student-athletes who are continuing their careers at the next level. Scott Williams ’90, Athletic Director, spoke about each student’s athletic and academic achievements during their four or five years as a Brother Martin student. After each athlete signed their papers, a small social was held for all the families, friends, and coaches. Signees were:

• Brice Johnston – St. John’s University (football)
• Owen Magee – Delgado (baseball)
• Michael Maldonado – Catholic University of America (cross country)
• Logan Mancuso – Millsaps College (basketball)
• Mark Mangum – Pearl River Community College (soccer)
• Austin Meyn – Cumberland University (wrestling)
• Jared Robinson – Samford University  (track & field)
• Josh Tapia – Briar Cliff University (wrestling)
