Millsaps Major and Crusader alum, Zach Bell ’11 has made a name for himself on the gridiron. Bell a 6’0-220lb defensive end has twice been chosen as conference MVP, among many other accomplishments. This season, he’s in consideration for the National Player of the Year, similar to the Heisman Trophy at the DIII level.
Bell lettered for four seasons in football at Brother Martin in New Orleans, earning All-District honors in 2010 under head coach Mark Bonis. He found additional time to play rugby and baseball as well as wrestle while earning a spot on the Dean’s List.
