Mike Gulotta '98 Voted 2016 F&W Best New Chef

-bd9849f3afea29b8Brother Martin Alumnus Mike Gulotta ’98, the chef-owner of MoPho, was honored as the Best New Chef by Food & Wine magazine on April 4th.  Prior to MoPho, Gulotta was an executive chef at Restaurant August. Currently, Restaurant August serves as the flagship restaurant of owner John Besh. MoPho is a hybrid Vietnamese-New Orleans po-boy shop and noodle house located in Mid-City.

Gulotta will appear on the cover of Food & Wine in July, along with other winners in the category. Congratulations Chef Gulotta!
