Max Oertling ’16 was featured as an honoree for Athlete of the Year for bowling in the The New Orleans Advocate for the 2015-2016 school year. Oertling was a gold medalist in the state meet and posted a 676 series. He served as a captain assisting the Crusaders in claiming a second consecutive perfect season with a 17-10 victory over Vandebilt Catholic. Recently, Oertling was named to the 2016 All-District and the 2016 Class All-Academic teams for bowling.
