Class of 2013 Alumnus Mario Jerez ’13 was recently featured in the The Baton Rouge Advocate for his announcing skills at LSU football games. Since, 2012 he called the games in Spanish from the LSU press box along with Color Commentator Sergio Hurtado. Mario’s passion for sports started at a young age and continued into high school where he played football for the Crusaders. Tune into KGLA 1540-AM/105.7 FM in New Orleans and KDDK 105.5-FM in Baton Rouge to hear Mario on the radio.
