Varsity lacrosse defeated Dutchtown 13-8. Jr. goalie Cody O’Cain had 9 saves. ‘Sader defensemen Sr. Ryan Moreau, Jr. Kyle Manning, and Fr. Devin Weinmann locked down Dutchtown. Jr. Chad Kelly 6 goals 2 assist, Jr. Robbie Borrello 3 goals 3 assists, Sr. Donald Davis 2 goals and Sr. Brennan Minor 2 goals powered the offense. Varsity is now 4-0 in the District.
Junior Varsity won 7-6. Soph. Cobe Kirkikis 1 goal 2 assist, Soph. Nathan Gray 2 goals, and Soph. Brandon Gilpin 4 goals scored. Soph. Goalie Michael Olivio and Soph. defensemen Nicholas Chiappetta, Matthew Cheramine, and Blake Roberts held off the Jr Dutchmen.
The Freshmen squad won 6-3 over Catholic High. The defensive stops were led by goalie Ryan French and defensemen Kyle Owens, Logan Courrege, and Kyle Moreau. The offensive was led by Chace Edwards, Jeffery Meyers, Wesley Franatovich, and Brent Campbell. Our 7th/8th grade team fell to Catholic freshmen 8-4. Paul Barranco, Edward Pigeon, Lee Davis, and Christopher Wessel all scored.
