The Lacrosse season came to an end with an 18-4 loss in the LHSLL Quarterfinals against Jesuit this past weekend. During the season, the Crusaders reached out and played Houston Christian, St. George’s, Evangelical Christian, Christian Brothers, Strake Jesuit, and Loyola-Shreveport while improving their game and gaining further experience against faster teams. In February, the Crusaders played some tough matches at all levels of play while Jacob Bodino ’19 had some fast learning to accomplish in the Goalie position. It was also a tough season for varsity lacrosse, with the Crusaders losing out in the quarterfinals….. but the future is bright with 22 returning juniors, and excellent jv and jvb teams that will be moving up.
