Brother Martin graduate Jordan Cornish, a 6-foot-6 guard who spent the past two years playing at UNLV, confirmed Friday that he is headed back to New Orleans to play basketball for the Tulane Green Wave. He will have two years of eligibility left according NCAA transition rules. Cornish will be playing under the direction Mike Dunleavy, who previously coached the Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee, Portland, and the Los Angeles Clippers. The Advocate New Orleans reported that Cornish started as point guard for UNLV while starting seven times while averaging 21.6 minutes. Brother Martin head coach Chris Biehl, who coached Cornish in high school, reported that he is excited for Jordan and the Tulane Green Wave.
