The Brother Martin Fishing Rodeo is Saturday, June 1, 2019. The event will take place at Brother Martin High School starting at 2:00 p.m. with weigh-in from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Awards take place at 5:00 p.m.  Fishing begins on Friday, May 31. All fish must be caught in navigable Louisiana waterways accessible to the general public. Entry Fees are $40 Adult Fishermen, $15 Children & Brother Martin Students and Non-Fishermen 12 and under are free. 

Divisions include: Speckled Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, Flounder, Black Drum, Largest 2 Redfish 27” and Under, Bass, Snapper*, Father/Daughter biggest fish**, Biggest Gar, Most spots on Redfish, Best 5-Trout Stringer, Smallest Legal 5-Trout Stringer, Largest fish (Non-Gar) by lbs., Largest fish (Non-Gar) caught by current Brother Martin student **.
