John Paul "JP" Pierce ’18 Named Athlete of the Week

Congratulations to John Paul “JP” Pierce who was voted as NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune’s Male Athlete of the Week for Week 6 of prep football in the GNO area. Pierce, who is the quarterback for the Crusaders, went 272 yards and made five touchdowns during the Sulphur vs. Brother Martin football game last Friday. The Crusaders defeated the Golden Tors with a score of 58-13 after three previous losses on the gridiron. Watch Pierce and the team take on the Holy Cross Tigers Friday night at Zephyr Stadium for 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in the Bookstore for $6…or $8 at the gate. Student id’s, faculty id’s and season passes will be honored for this game.
