Please take a moment to read the following:

Wednesday, November 17: Our first Parent-Teacher Visitation/Parents’ Club Meeting for the 2021-2022 school year will be on Wednesday, November 17th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Parents’ Club Meeting.  Parents can sign up online, using SignUpGenius, to schedule appointments with their sons’ teachers. Please click on the Parents Club link located under Parents’ Quick Links on the Brother Martin website and then scroll down to the link titled Parent-Teacher In-Person Visitation Sign Up (November 17). You will be able to sign up from 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 10th until 8 a.m. on Monday, November 15th. Please remember to sign up for all teachers with whom you would like to visit. If your desired time slots are not available and you would like to meet with a teacher, we encourage you to email the teacher directly or phone the school’s main telephone line at (504) 283-1561 to leave a message for the teacher(s). Please see the links to view a map of our campus as well as teacher placement for our scheduled visitations. If you have questions about using SignUp Genius, please contact our Assistant Technology Coordinator, Mr. Kevin Caparotta ‘88.

Monday, November 29: On Monday, November 29th, we will run an AM Assembly Schedule with professional development for our faculty from 8:00 a.m - 8:50 a.m. Students do not need to report to school until the first period which will begin at 8:55 a.m. Campus will open at regular time with breakfast served beginning at 7:30 a.m.
