The Brother Martin Crusader Band hosted its 2024 Christmas Concert on Monday, December 9, 2024, in the Robert M. Conlin Gymnasium. Under the direction of Band Director Dominick Caronna ’85, Assistant Director Chris Bailey ’86, and Adjunct Professor of Music Theory Michael Scorscone ‘67 SA, the Crusaders performed an array of Christmas classics and seasonal favorites. Our stage band, novice band, and symphonic bands performed pieces such as “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” “Holiday Bells Are Ringing,” “Do You Hear What I Hear,” and “The Christmas Song.” Guests were encouraged to join in the musical merriment by caroling “O Come, All Ye Faithful” in accompaniment with our concert band. Drum Major Sam Vollenweider ’25 also conducted the concert band to play “It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” which was a perfect ending to this joyous evening.

Congratulations to our Crusader Bandsmen on achieving Superior Ratings at the LMEA District VI Band Director’s Association “Marching Band Assessment,” continuing the Band's tradition of excellence for over 30 years!

The band would like to wish each of you and your families a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
