The 2011 Gumbo Gridiron Challenge took place in The Mall on Sunday. Fourteen teams competed in two divisions in the event which featured delicious gumbo and jambalaya, guest judges, cold drinks, a Parade of Prizes and desserts from the Ladies of the Shield.
