Football: Crusaders Post Win, 28-14 Over Vandebilt Catholic

The Crusaders took the win against Vandebilt Catholic 28-14 in the Brothers of the Sacred Heart Jamboree Friday in Thibodaux.

The win was hard-fought. The Crusaders scored a touchdown within the first minutes of the game. But the Terriers responded quickly with their own drive that set the tone for a fast-paced and physical game between the two teams.

Brother Martin Coach Mark Bonis told NOLA.com he was happy with the win, but: “In order for us to get a win against a quality opponent, we’re going to have to get much better fast.”
