Thursday morning the Excalibur National Honor Society for Excellence in Science met in Room 406 for their morning meeting. Students were given information on using Universal Indicators to detect for acids and bases by Dr. David Jouandot ’03. A demonstration where Dr. Jouandot reacted sugar and sulfuric acid to produce a cone of carbon followed the explanation.
