Students in religion classes today spent time in prayer and in reverence before the Blessed Sacrament. They had an opportunity for quiet prayer in the presence of our Lord and were able to use the new Chapel Prayer Book as an aid to their meditation and prayer. This book, developed and organized by Mrs. Judy Rodriguez, Religion Department Chair, features brief histories of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart and Brother Martin High School as well as a collection of traditional prayers, prayers special to the Brothers, The Stations of the Cross, and the devotion of the Holy Rosary, just to name a few. Each student received his own personal copy for use at home, at Mass, and here at school.
