Eighth Graders Enjoy 'Crazy 8's' Event with Mount Carmel

Brother Martin and Mount Carmel Academy eighth-graders flooded the Duplantis Gym, located on Mount Carmel’s campus, on Thursday evening. The ‘Crazy 8’s’ event is planned by the Student Councils and club moderators from both schools to provide an opportunity for the eighth-grade students to enjoy a night of fun and games.

The evening opened up, as do all events, with a prayer. A big group game of ‘extreme rock, paper, scissors’ followed, along with friendly relay games in small groups. The students had a blast getting to know each other and even got to finish up the evening with a fun dance.

Thank you to all of our Student Council members from both Brother Martin and Mount Carmel for planning the event, to the moderators for chaperoning, and special thanks to Mount Carmel for hosting the 2017-18 Crazy 8’s event!
