The upcoming football season looks to be a special one for the Brother Martin Crusaders, especially at the tight end position. The Crusaders have two tight ends on their offense getting serious interests from college scouts.
Irv Smith (left) is the second highest ranked tight end in Louisiana with good hands and overall talent that make him a premier player. He has received offers from Alabama, Miami, North Carolina State, Arizona Sate, Texas, Arkansas State, Tulane, Colorado State, UCF, Vanderbilt, ULL, Kent State, Southern Miss and Troy. LSU, Notre Dame, and Missouri are also in the mix as they continue to monitor his progress.
Peyton Aucoin (right), the other half of the duo, is drawing plenty of interest as well. As a solid blocker and the state’s third ranked tight end, he has received offers from Southern Miss, Tulane, Texas, Arizona State, ULL, La. Tech, ULM, Arkansas State, Memphis, North Carolina State, Troy, Wake Forest and Vanderbilt.
Look for these two Crusaders, along with many others, to make some highlights in the upcoming season.
