J.D. Blue, son of Rachelle and Johnny Blue ‘86, had a “dream come true” on Tuesday night through the Dreams Come True, Inc., of Louisiana. J.D. attended the LSU vs. Northwestern game at Alex Box Stadium along with his friends and family. It was a special night for the Blue family to watch their son live out his dream of throwing out the first pitch at Alex Box Stadium. In addition, J.D. toured the baseball facility and met members of the LSU baseball team including Greg Deichmann ‘14 (#7) and Cody Ducote ‘13 (#5) who both graduated from Brother Martin. Fellow Brother Martin Alumni Joseph McCarthy ‘11, Paul Marcello ‘12, David Pecot ’76, and baseball head coach Mark Wisniewski ’81 were in attendance to watch J.D.’s dream come true!
