Dionysians/Drama Club to ‘Set Sail’ for "Anything Goes"

copy-of-img_2257The Brother Martin Dionysians/ Drama Club prepares to ‘set sail’ again this weekend for their fall production of Anything Goes!

The story focuses on a cast of characters aboard the ocean liner S.S. American which is in route from New York to England. Reno Sweeney is a nightclub swinger who is traveling with her pal Billy Crocker, who is a stowaway. Another traveler is Hope Harcourt who is in love with stowaway Billy, even though she is already engaged to a wealthy Lord Evelyn Oakleigh. Joining this love triangle on this ship is Moonface Martin, Public Enemy #13, along with his sidekick-in-crime Erma. This production is filled with disguises, romance, intrigue, and tap-dancing Crusaders in sailor uniforms.
