Senior shortstop and LSU signee Gregory Deichmann ’14 has recently been named Louisiana Baseball High School Player of the Year. Gregory and the Crusaders capped off the year with a District 9-5A title and reached the LHSAA quarterfinals to eventually fall to Live Oak in a best of 3 game series. The Crusaders finished with a record of 31-5, 9-1.
