David Richardson '73 has recently been appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York University School of Law – Graduate Tax Program.

David is a Managing Director in KPMG’s International Tax – Alternative Investments Group, specializing in U.S. and non-U.S. tax issues relevant to cross-border funds and their investors, management companies, and portfolio companies. Prior to moving to a Big-4 accounting firm, David practiced as a tax attorney with two major Wall Street law firms. Prior to attending law school, David practiced as a CPA specializing in tax with another global accounting firm.
