Yesterday morning, the Brother Martin Forensic Science class set up 2 homicide crime scenes using a dummy as a victim. Class members were divided into 2 squads. The students processed the scenes just as a homicide scene would be processed, collecting evidence, securing the evidence, and maintaining the integrity of the scene. They will now take the evidence from the scene to the lab and process the physical evidence to determine the identity of the perpetrator. The class will determine the outcome by using physical evidence from the scene as well as other investigative techniques. Stay tuned for the findings.
